Your customer service people were brilliant , just as well because the rest were awful. I ordered 4 lights and was told they were on the way so i told the customer a date the job would be done only to find only 3 had been sent, after call to C/S i was told the other light was sent on its own this men,t another visit to the job. When the light came it was obvious that it was a return product as there was no instructions/screw envelope and the light was scratched this men,t another phone call and another visit to the client which caused more time and expense for me and so far no hint of compensation. The lights were good which helped with the customer but made your company except the C/S dept terrible
