“The web site and descriptions could do with more detail especially with accessories .... the information is there but not always easy to find. Also it is not always clear on first viewing a page whether the price is for 1 or for 2 nor whether a MOQ exists. I would not have bought this product had a member of sales not told me the price was for 2!”

“On day product received telephoned technical department with a question on product. Was told that this would be redirected to manufacturer and that I would receive a call back with the response. Disappointed that I did not receive call back.”
