“Very quick delivery and a competitive price (£30 cheaper than John Lewis). Not so happy with the delivery company though who threw the package over our gate (we weren't in) with 'Fragile' clearly labelled on it. The electrician who fitted it - 3-spot ceiling light - said that it was OK though. So Lyco - investigate!”

“I have not received my goods, and despite attempting to cancel the order and - having asked for a refund - I continue to get daily messages from Hermes (awful!) saying that they will try and deliver 'tomorrow'. But it seems that tomorrow never comes. - I waited in for a promised delivery on Wednesday 9th October (5pm - 7pm), without success.”
