“Product arrived broken - with not much in the way of packaging. Sent an e-mail and got no response. Eventually rang and advised that the product had arrived broken and a new one was sent immediately. (with much better packaging).”

“Due to a fitting that arrived damaged although very well packed it was with some trepidation that I telephoned the company expecting to have to jump through more hoops than a circus lion to get satisfaction. Nothing could be further from the truth. Gemma with whom I dealt was polite courteous and helpful and my replacement fitting was en route the same afternoon.”
