“Had to return trousers purchased. Think I was just too big for the style of them. Excellent service for refund so had no hesitation to order a different pair. Came really quickly and I’m delighted with them.”

“I have recently discovered Robell Trousers and bought several pairs from Lucy Cobb. Service was prompt, my purchases arrived quickly, customer services was helpful in aiding me in selecting the sizes I needed in various styles and phoned me a couple of times about my orders. Service was personal and my refunds for those I returned were rapidly dealt with. I will be happy to buy more from Lucy Cobb in future, they have a good selection although not all trousers were available in stock in my size.”

If you are unable to find a particular pair of trousers in stock in your size you can always try to select your size and follow the instructions to enter your email address, you will then receive an email notification if the item does come back into stock. “I bought an off the shoulder top online which was inexpensive. It arrived really quickly and I am really impressed with the quality, I have only worn it once and I was asked three times where I bought it. Very pleased I think I need to visit the shop next.”
