“I found the Lucy Cobb company via a google search for Robel trousers. I placed an order for two pairs (10 &12) as not sure of sizing. I had a call the next day from a very helpful and friendly member of your staff. (Apologies but I cannot recall her name). Following a conversation, the lady suggested the 10 would fit and we agreed to cancel the 12 and go with the 10. The very next day a refund appeared in my account. I buy a lot on line but have never encountered such helpful, professional and friendly service before. I thank and commend you for it. I plan to purchase more Robel trousers In other colours. “My beautiful trousers arrived quickly after ordering them. They are currently with the local tailor to be shortened to fit me. I knew when I bought them that they would be too long, as most trousers are for me, so this is not a problem. I am very pleased with the cut and fit of Robell's Bella style, and it's so nice to come across trousers which are easy to wear but quite smart - and fit on both hips and waist! This make was recommended to me by a friend who was so enthusiastic that I looked online straight away. I'm very pleased with the service from Lucy Cobb, and I have a personal connection with Saddleworth. From 1984 to 1987, I clogdanced with the Saddleworth Garland Girls, and also played melodeon for them. I have fond memories of that lovely valley and its string of small towns and villages. Much (deserved) success to Lucy Cobb!”

“Did not receive an email telling me when the goods were due. Went away for 5 days but had to nip home on the second day to find the goods left at my front door. Very happy with the products but felt delivery could be improved.”

Ive looked into it this morning and we did send a despatch enail to you on the 10th June confirming that your order was on its way to you. I wonder if they went into your junk by mistake. Occasionally that happens. Its an automatic email that is generated when the items get sent.
