“Did not receive an email telling me when the goods were due. Went away for 5 days but had to nip home on the second day to find the goods left at my front door. Very happy with the products but felt delivery could be improved.”

Hi Hilary. Thank you for your enail. Im really sorry to hear you had a problem with the correspondence from us. Ive looked into it this morning and we did send a despatch enail to you on the 10th June confirming that your order was on its way to you. I wonder if they went into your junk by mistake. Occasionally that happens. Its an automatic email that is generated when the items get sent. “I have recently discovered Robell Trousers and bought several pairs from Lucy Cobb. Service was prompt, my purchases arrived quickly, customer services was helpful in aiding me in selecting the sizes I needed in various styles and phoned me a couple of times about my orders. Service was personal and my refunds for those I returned were rapidly dealt with. I will be happy to buy more from Lucy Cobb in future, they have a good selection although not all trousers were available in stock in my size.”

If you are unable to find a particular pair of trousers in stock in your size you can always try to select your size and follow the instructions to enter your email address, you will then receive an email notification if the item does come back into stock. “I bought an off the shoulder top online which was inexpensive. It arrived really quickly and I am really impressed with the quality, I have only worn it once and I was asked three times where I bought it. Very pleased I think I need to visit the shop next.”
