“I recently order a pair of Robell trousers online, which were delivered within a couple of days. However, I needed to return these as the fit was incorrect. I decided to take a trip out to the shop to return them, where I found the assistant to be extremely helpful explaining what style of trouser would be better suited to my shape and suggested I try a few on for size, which really helped. Unfortunately there was nothing within the shop that was suitable for me on this occasion, but wouldn't hesitate to order online / go to the shop again. Exceptional service and much appreciated advice.”

“A great website with lovely high waist French Connection skinny fit jeans. I would recommend this website to others. I sent them a message re the above and they replied by return with all the information I required, the result of which I made a purchase. I like too that they use Royal Mail as it suits me best.”

“Prompt service and goods arrived quickly. Unfortunately I am having to return both items purchased as both were too big. Having to return recorded delivery is very expensive but best to be certain it arrives.”
