“It's not often you get service that is on the level that I've received from Lucy Cobb. From helping me select the right style for me to assisting me with returns to picking up on a mistake I had made with my online order it's been exceptional. Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and efficient and I'm sure to be a repeat customer now. Highly recommended.”

“I have bought these trousers before from a shop and they fitted perfectly. I wanted some more but as the shop was in a town where I was on holiday I couldn’t go back. I ordered from Lucy Cobb, they were delivered very promptly but were too long. I called the number on the returns slip, a lovely helpful person answered the phone and explained that only one length was available. I could return them but I decided to keep them and have them shortened.”
