“Excellent service as always from Lucy Cobb. I ordered two pairs of Robell trousers to get a good fit. I will return one pair. They arrived very quickly and beautifully packed. I wish I lived near enough to visit the shop, unfortunately I can only shop with you via internet.”

“I recently order a pair of Robell trousers online, which were delivered within a couple of days. However, I needed to return these as the fit was incorrect. I decided to take a trip out to the shop to return them, where I found the assistant to be extremely helpful explaining what style of trouser would be better suited to my shape and suggested I try a few on for size, which really helped. Unfortunately there was nothing within the shop that was suitable for me on this occasion, but wouldn't hesitate to order online / go to the shop again. Exceptional service and much appreciated advice.”
