“Very easy to order on line and only £1.99 postage which I thought was very reasonable. Parcel arrived in 3 days. Very happy with purchase. Will definitely do this again.”

“Received my voucher I ordered to my workplace. Sadly I think the person who the gift is intended for saw the envelope with your logo across it. I don't think it will be a surprise anymore. Otherwise love the decoration and bag to place the voucher in. Sorry, but only being honest on this one. x No harm intended”

“I’ve received a good service both in ordering and returning purchases form Lucy Cobb. I was grateful to receive a call to advise buying a larger size of the Capri trousers because they come up smaller than the Bella I had ordered.”
