“A brilliant shop. I purchased two pairs of trousers in different sizes, kept one pair and returned the pair which were too big. I posted them on 20 February and on 21 February received an email to say that they had arranged a refund. What an excellent service.The staff are very helpful too as I did speak to them on the phone some time ago about another matter. It is great, too, that they Royal Mail. I will be shopping with Lucy Cobb again.”

“Quick service for a small company and speedy refund. I ordered the wrong trousers but ended up with correct ones in good time. Slightly disappointed that the 10% wasn’t honoured when I changed them. But was written to promptly to explain the policy. Slightly shortsighted as next time I will go to another company next time for the discount!”

“Thankyou. The size 8 Robell trousers I ordered arrived within a couple of days, are top quality and a good length for me as a petite woman. However, I think the size 10 may be a better fit for me, so will need to return them for exchange or call in during the next couple of days.”

“Ordered online on the Monday, both dresses had been delivered by Wednesday, which is very prompt and efficient. Unfortunately one dress was not suitable. I have returned direct to the store today and I’ve already had notification of my refund being processed. My only criticism is having to pay a delivery charge especially when my order was over £200, which I feel free delivery should be on the agenda over a certain amount. Maybe Lucy cobb will address this issue”

“Easy to order website. My first order, I returned 2 pairs of Robell trousers as I had ordered the wrong ones. The refund was prompt and the re ordered trousers were delivered within a few days. Fantastic service.”

“Fantastic service received from Janet in store last week. I had ordered online and Janet called me to discuss the colour of one of the sweaters I had bought. When I collected the order, it really made a difference to me as without Janet taking the trouble to ring me , I would have been disappointed with the colour . Great service , lovely products. Would definitely recommend.”
