“Logs are fine but I would say very overpriced for 2 boxes”

Hi there, thank you for the review. We do appreciate that we are more expensive than the traditional firewood merchants but we don't strive to be the cheapest as quality, convenience and sustainability are all more important to us than cost. For example, our sturdy cardboard boxes cost a lot more than single use plastic nets, and as you can imagine, DPD charge us a lot for their next day delivery service. We do find some customers say that as our logs are such great quality, they burn hotter than cheaper alternatives so you use less, but that might not be the same experience for everyone! We appreciate you giving us a go anyway, and for the honest feedback. Stay toasty! Thanks Heather
