“My first order didn't quite go to plan with the courier service but Heather intervened and was swiftly on the case to ensure safe and prompt delivery the following day. The logs and kindling were carefully boxed and nicely presented. I will certainly re-order - the logs are the perfect size and shape for my new hobbit stove :) Thanks so much! Great customer service and I'm very impressed all round.”

“My mother made curtains and loose covers for wealthy people and I always remembered the smell when she had to take me as a child to these very grand houses. It was applewood! It is so nice to sit by our fire and smell the wood burning and remember so many memories of those times. It is expensive but so worth it, smells bring back so many beautiful memories :)”

“Small business type customer service and personal engagement. Sustainable agenda, making me feel good about buying ethically and buying British. Tight packed wood means great value and the logs burned a long time will definitely buy again - and as high praise as this is, I am NOT. Associated with them in any way. They’re just a great organisation!”

“First time having a chimney so I purchased the kit and the matches... it has everything you need! I recommend getting the long matches as well as it's very convenient. Will purchase again in the future.”
