“Excellent, rapid and friendly service. I cant beleive how quick the delivery was, less than next day. If only all parcles arrived like theirs; secure, well packed and top quality product. I would highly recommend and the product is bang on too!”

“Originally recommended to Love Logs, Paul and Heather are always friendly and always provide excellent customer service (my experience to date). This time, I ordered some Charcoal and it came the following day via courier (DPD) and was extremely well packaged, with no transit damage. It's almost a first for me, given some of the mishaps in the past with other suppliers. The Love Logs natural firelighters are the best I've used, whether for our Log Burner, Fire Pit or the KJ. I'm finishing off some old charcoal before I use the new British produced charcoal supplied by Love Logs, but have seen it burning and oh my, its lovely. Thank you Paul and Heather :o)”
