“I honestly can't speak highly enough of Heather and Paul. Their prices are excellent and their products are too. I'm using what their charcoal for my smoker and their oak splits for the actual smoke. Both are extremely good quality. Especially for the price! If you don't believe me, just Google around for a few minutes and you'll see. But where they really shine is their customer service. Absolutely wonderful, kind, polite and very helpful couple. I highly recommend them.”

“Superb quality fuel for my bbq and firepit. Used with a kadai and got excellent flavour into my chicken. 100% would recommend”

“Each time I have ordered the various wood I have been delighted with speed of delivery and great quality. Easy to light and they burn really well and right sown to minimal ash. This the only wood I buy now highly recommended and a great product.”

“Great quality wood, really upped the performance I'm getting from my Ooni compared to previous cooks using wood from other suppliers. Also great help from Paul via email when I was struggling to make the jump from the softwood I was using before to the quality hardwood Love Logs provide. Really went out of his way to help me out.”

“They burn so much better than the rubbish charcoal that is half tiny bits and half dust. I’d been using Weber because I thought it was decent but it’s rubbish by comparison. So glad I tried them as I’m sticking with these going forward. Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick and easy. Cooking on them was easy!”

Hi Doug, Please do reach out to us if ever you're struggling with a DPD issue, we're happy to help. I've had a look and I think in your case the firelighters were probably fit inside one of the other boxes, so the third label would have been thrown away? “I needed mini hardwood logs for my new Solo Stove Mesa XL and the manufacturer's website was quoting slow delivery. I then found Love Logs - speedy delivery at a fair price. The logs are fine and burn well; the firelighters appear ok, albeit slower to light than old school Zip firelighters”
