“I find the customer service excellent and have purchase some excellent quality products from Louis Copeland. However it can be frustrating when you order an item in a particular size (that appears to be available) and the following day you get an email to say it isn't actually in stock. This has happened more than once and I don't think blame should be laid at anyone's door, however I find it off putting to use the service.”

“Thoroughly enjoyable online experience when dealing with Louis Copeland. Purchases were protectively packed and promptly delivered. Had to return an item for exchange as I initially ordered the wrong size.The whole return and exchange exercise was free and very efficient via Nightline's Parcel Motel. Would without any reservation recommend this online purchasing system.”

“i wanted a coat that was out of stock i contacted Chris who sourced a new item, unfortunately it did not fit right and had to be returned Chris dealt with rerun and i was refunded immediately i did purchase an item from the galway store which i am more than happy with. I will continue to shop with you excellent service all round.”
