“I bought a coat from this store and, unfortunately, there was an issue with it. However, the team went above and beyond to fix the situation. They eventually arranged for the coat to be picked up from my home and exchanged it for a better one. I live in the Netherlands and the store is in Ireland, yet the process was seamless. This is honestly the best service I have ever experienced from any clothing store. I highly recommend them.”

“I bought the UBR titan Parka it came in excellent time and the process was very easy online. The coat arrived but unfortunately in the wrong size for me my fault, however I was able to return it to the cork store and purchased it in my correct size with the greatest of ease Darren Murray the sales assistant in Cork was excellent.”

“Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my experience with Louis Copeland. All appeared to be great. I were looking for a top quality coat in which I went for UBR parka. From ubr the same oat retailed at £700 do price where perfect. Before ordering I also looked at any other taxes as it needed to be posted to uk. (New Zealand)max hidden cost a few extra pound for taxes However once it got to the airport dpd quoted £124 extra to be shipped. Hence I returned the product. Got the same coat in uk for less as it turned out. Warn g check all prices for delivery if posting to uk.”

“It's no secret - LC is the best Man's Shop in Ireland - bar none! If you are looking for fashionable (people will comment - no matter what age you are), superb quality (long lasting, beautifully tailored and distinctive) clothes and shoes (for all tastes), and general men's assessories, this is the place for you. It started as a bricks and mortar shop in Cable Street in Dublin many many moons ago (there are now five I think, along with a website and a warehouse) long before there was internet or their super web site. The shops are peopled by proper tailors and genuinely professional staff who are as personable and kind as you could ever expect. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything must be perfect for the customer. And their sales? My goodness! Sometimes 70% discount. Staggering value. Forget your Outlet Villages and fast-fashion fly-by-night shops and internet whizz. This is the real thing. Using a couple of vouchers that I got as birthday presents and a 20% discount I recently purchased a personally engraved LC leather weekend bag that opens out to take a suit or dress. It is wonderful (see image below), was commented on almost immediately and turns heads everywhere I go, and I trust will last me (and will be passed on to one of my children) for as long as I need it.
