I never received the jacket. It apparently was stolen off of my porch. first this has happened in 5 years of living here. The upredictability of DHL delveries vs UPS or FedEx make transactions a chgallenge and will keep me from ordering again. You have great products.

Although my online purchase experience was excellent my size 42 shirt arrived and fits perfectly, on 2 separate occasions dealing with 2 separate senior sales assistants my experience in your Pembroke store was awful and was so bad, on the second occasion, that I just had to walk out. I asked for a round-neck jumper in a 42 as there was only a 44 on the rack. From the stockroom I was given a zip neck version, but also in a 44. When I once again advised that I was a 42, I was told it was tight fitting. The assistant was oblivious there was already a 44 of the version I asked for on the rack, but more importantly, I needed a 42 and not to be sold a 44 because my correct size was not in stock. I found it impossible to purchase a voucher on line - then I phoned your shop and was informed that your don't issue vouchers!. However the chap that answered the phone was helpful and he went on line and tried as I did to purchase a voucher on line and after some difficulty he eventually got it for me. Its the Card company you use is unfriendly. they wanted me to sign up with them and I was very suspicious . I would be reluctant to order a voucher again, I would go elsewhere.

the shirt that I ordered was top quality as usual. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the delivery service as the box was left outside my hall door in the rain overnight. Came home on Sunday morning to find the box had been soaked right through. Would not order online again.

Hi There, I received the order in a very timely fashion and got a lovely note in it thanking me for my purchase. I ordered a size 9 of the Gant shoes but the label on the shoes shows that they are a size UK9.5. I had thought that the shoes were a little bit on the 'roomy' side but it wasn't until i had worn the shoes to my Christmas work party and checked them when i got home that I realized they were the wrong size. I found it difficult to make the payment but eventually got there when I signed up for pay pal. I have placed the order a day ago and have not got a delivery date yet.

The suits looked very bad on the models. All the jackets looked creased and badly pulled too one side. It put me off straight away. Why did they all have only the top button closed.

The site and purchase process were good, but I didn’t receive an email confirmation after I purchased items online, only an email asking if I wanted to complete my purchase. More full end to end testing required.

I received the package and it was a great but I was expecting a jacked which wasn't available so it was canceled, but I was not made aware of this until I recieved the package and went online to figure out what happened, which is the second time this happened, this was not a great experience

Online purchase experience, and delivery was good. Disappointed with packaging. To spend a couple of hundred on a jacket and not receive it with a hanger or a cover was not what I would expect from such a high end brand

I received this survey request before my goods have arrived which I thought was strange. No complaints, but hard for me to judge until my pants actually are delivered... Dublin is a long way from Australia... thanks Gordon
