“Excellent customer service, free alterations, quality goods very well packaged and speedy delivery are the main positives. On the negative side items are pricey but I guess you have to pay for quality.”

“Good communication. All items arrived on time, and LC promptly corrected a wrong-sized jacket and refunded my money. If you are in the USA, make sure the sizes are correct before buying. I have been burned several times, and returning merchandise is a big hassle.”

“There is no facility on the website for asking for alteration.It refers to it but there is no place to actually enter the request. That is disappointing. That is the only reason you are not getting five out of five. Everything else is superb.”

“The service was ok , I bought the suit online and when it arrived by post it had no cover bag which is odd as I travel a lot The suit needs to be altered as i bought it online can I bring to any store to get it fitted right or is there a particular store.”

“Very good company. Ordered two pairs of jeans online with additional request that the new trousers be shortened. The two pairs arrived and were just what I ordered. A small quibble, they were too long. I had to get them taken up myself. Overall, a very good experience.”

“Labelling was not correct on shirt. XL is not equal to 17. Aside from that €200 for a basic Copeland own brand shirt is excessive! I’m sure people buy them but…! Otherwise that the clothes are great and I have shopped with Copelands for years.”
