“Labelling was not correct on shirt. XL is not equal to 17. Aside from that €200 for a basic Copeland own brand shirt is excessive! I’m sure people buy them but…! Otherwise that the clothes are great and I have shopped with Copelands for years.”

“Louis Copeland have lovely stock and a great sale which they don’t really publicise. The staff are very friendly and helpful . The company was very responsive to feedback I gave about their click and collect service.”

“Overall good service, quick delivery. However, requested alterations to shirt sleeve length which didn’t happen. Looks like requests for alterations aren’t looked at when an online order is placed. Would be great if that aspect of care is looked after.”

Unfortunately, I haven’t received the parcel - my order confirmation and tracking details give no ETA. Contacted DPD who won’t provide an ETA either. Ordered 2 weeks ago (for mainland Europe delivery) and still waiting.”

“The service was superb, very quick and efficient, but the reason I give four stars is because of the packaging. For a small credit-card size gift voucher (and one A4 page voucher receipt) to be posted in a cardboard box that is sized (approximately) 18" x 12" is, I think, a bit much. I'm not a climate change or environmentalist fanatic, but even I reckon that the waste of packaging here is completely unnecessary. Aside from this, great service.”
