“The item I ordered online was not in stock, despite the website saying it was. As I was paying in £ sterling, I was charged a foreign exchange fee by my card company - which was ok when I thought I was getting something - but not when I ended up with nothing ...... except a further foreign transaction fee for processing the refund!!”
