Products were fine but turn around time was almost 10days. Not happy.

Hi Lynda, I'm really sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your feed back and would love the opportunity to make things right. We would appreciate if you could call us back on 01 207 9069 as we’ve emailed and called a number of times in the hope to go over your concerns. From review of your order to delivery, I understand that your order was placed after the cut off on the 4th of March, so it was not fulfilled until Wednesday the 5th. You had ordered a tag which required embossing which unfortunately takes a number of days to be done as we require an expert member of staff to do this who is only available on certain days, hands up we should of addressed this on our website. I do believe your package left with DPD on the Friday the 7th but DPD do not deliver over the weekends, I have been advised that they attempted delivery on the Monday the 10th but were unsuccessful but thankfully your item was delivered on Tuesday. As a gesture of goodwill we would like to refund the value of the tag €50 for any inconvenience you have experienced. If you feel we have addressed your concerns, we'd be grateful if you'd consider updating your review to reflect your latest experience. Please let us know how we can help! I was ask to change my review that I put up at Christmas l got brown loe Copland size large polo shirt there was a hole under the arm no contact me at all because it Christmas did not send back my wife brought me a navy on just this. Week form loe Copland on line it’s good but the fact that I had to pay for one more is not good enough I don’t have money to burn not one person ring me to fix this I bought one more but I done now with this bad that no ring James mc manus

Anstatt der bestellten braunen Schuhe kamen schwarze. Retourenschein war keiner dabei, d. h. dass ich den Rückversand der falschen Schuhe (20.-€) selbst bezahlt habe.

- normally very good but recent delivery of a LC formal shirt was days late and was very creased when it did arrive. I was a bit disappointed this time. Hopefully not the way things are heading

Hello, A bit disappointed with the packaging. The three shirts were thrown into the box unwrapped and with no protection. By the time they arrived here, they were in a mess inside the box. We’ve ordered and purchased from Louis Copeland many times and this was by far the worst customer experience from a packaging perspective.

Received the shirt in a timely manner. Disappointed that, when I opened the package, there were 2 thread pulls on the shirt that had not been noticed prior to dispatch. Will not be returning the shirt but disappointed with your quality control.

I am sure you guys are reputable. And I understand the covid-19 situation is causing an overload in all function. But plus both the preparation time and DPD's time, it's been about a week now and the package has been both misrouted, repacked and now on-the-way. It's worrying for an expensive item.

The colour is different to the one I ordered. The outside cardboard box was saturated and the wet had gone through to the inside box. The inside box and the presentation was very good otherwise

I know there’s a crisis, but I responded to an add, purchased some goods (which I look forward to getting) and received an email next day saying they’d be shipped when crisis is over, this should have been clear before I purchased as nobody knows how long it will last or what the impact will be - but I hope you manage through it and wish you well

Thought there was an additional 10% off marked price off price by entering code x 10 however the marked price was paid 10% was not deducted on this transaction !!!!!

The above rating is not fully reflective of my experience, I would rate the clothing and offers as Good/Very good and communication as good. However, in the last c. 24 months I have made a number of online orders and on 3 occasions, items that were indicated as in stock - ultimately were not. Where I was informed only after I had paid and awaited delivery. The last instance just last week, saw me order 3 items and 2 of the 3 were out of stock. If I had known the items were not in stock, I would not have proceeded with my order at all. The sales staff are very personable and customer service is clearly something very important and I do regret giving the rating above. However, the issue happening once, that’s ok, twice - somethings up and the 3rd time, well clearly something is wrong in the state of Denmark. I had a friend of a friend some years ago that I had heard stories from that the sales assistants in LC had very very light fingers. I would hope there is no truth to that, but frankly how would one explain the apparent disappearing stock otherwise. In a nutshell - you cannot trust the online shopping experience as a live stock portal. Overall - I buy lots of suits and clothes in LC so I’m happy with the shops/clothes just the online needs an overhaul. Dave N

Hello, We are sorry you were affected in this way with your last few orders. I can assure you the staff here are certainly not light fingered, the issue has arisen due to the implementation of new live stock system changes, we are transitioning to a new website before the end of this year with a new stock system so that we can dramatically improve the online service operation. Unfortunately when operating in a live environment technical issues can occur and although we try to mitigate this with more frequent stock takes , issues that happen during sale particularly can be problematic. To be affected the number of times you have has been particularly unlucky. We are pleased to say that the majority of these issues should be resolved with the implementation of our new systems before October this year. The new online system will not take payment until the orders have shipped and as you mentioned the online system is in the process of being overhauled, hopefully to your satisfaction in the next few weeks. Got a gift card for my birthday so waited until the sale to get the best value for money. I was interested in new casual shoes. Went to the Pembroke Street branch and was met by a very indifferent staff member who pointed to where the shoes were and that was as far as he was willing to go it seemed. Went to the Wicklow St branch then to be met by very helpful staff however they had very little stock in what I wanted and suggested I try the Dundrum branch. Hardly a convenient alternative given I live North of the Liffey. The gift card was fast becoming an albatross around my neck. I found a pair I liked on the website but there’s no way to use a physical gift card. I used the online help chat facility and was given a phone number to ring to convert the voucher into an e-wallet. After a couple of attempts to get through, that took another 10 minutes to sort with lots of questions asked of me. Eventually got the shoes but the combination of events has put me off shopping there ever again.

I ordered a voucher for a friend's birthday almost 2 weeks prior to the party. I ended up contacting support 3 days later a the voucher hadn't been dispatched. I was told I'd have it next day but since it was a Friday I should receive it no the Monday.. I didn't receive it. I hadn't received a dispatch email either. So again I made contact and I was told that their printer want working and that it should be fixed by the following day. I eventually I received the voucher 8 days later! Disappointing service

I bought three items as gifts this year. A mans scarf - packed beautiful in a box. A pair of cufflinks - packed in what looked like reused LC tissue. A leather belt - packed horribly in plain tissue. I would suggest for online orders you send LC tissue and bag unused with the item for the buyer to make up. Products were fine but let down by the packaging

THIS time was 3rd time lucky for me as on two previous occasions my purchases could not be located or some other problem with the site .Customer service with me up to this was very poor .

I ordered an XL top online. Received an email it was out of stock a few days later. So I ordered a different top online but again told that top was out of stock. Didn't receive a response to my email asking what was in stock. Only reason giving a 2 is that I received a jumper on time which I'm happy with
