“I was looking for a Barbour jacket and saw on the website that the Churchtown location had one in stock, so I just pop in. It turned out to be more of a warehouse than a shop, but the staff there were still so friendly and happy to help. They took the time to answer my questions and gave me some really helpful advice. ended up ordering the jacket online and collecting it from the Wicklow Street store. The whole process was easy and quick. Great experience carry on team”

“The best customer service of any company I have ever encountered. It makes such a difference when staff are well trained. Nothing is too much hassle even for a small purchase.
