“I ordered a ted baker leather jacket in ox blood finish which I couldn't source anywhere in the UK in my size.There was a delay caused by a shortage of transit boxes at the shop itself and a further delay with the postal carriers.However, Chris on customer services kept me well advised of these problems and the jacket duly arrived albeit a week after ordering.The jacket is an excellent fit and I'm very pleased with it.Would definitely recommend this shop as they also stock an excellent range of clothing and accessories - even with the delivery problems!
