I didn't read anything on return policy outside of Dublin Ireland. I'm getting the run around on returning these shoes I'm trying to exchange for a size eleven.I bought them for a function I'm attending.I got a email from you stating I have to pay $43.00 for a shipping label.I agree to that.And I'm still waiting.You need someone to handle international returns faster.And let people know up front that if they need to return item they will have to pay return shipping bill.

The most appalling lack of customer service ever experienced. Quick to make a sale and make promises of tailoring but a disgraceful lack of courtesy in follow up. Is this how a Canali representative should behave? I suspect not…

I never received my order was not kept up 2 date by your couriers which was returned to the shop. Haven't received my money back yet. What else is there to say it hasnt really gone my way has it.

I am embarrassed. My daughter brought her fiancee to get a Louis Copeland suit as an Irish treat before her Irish wedding. Arriving by appointment they were left 25 minutes before anyone dealt with them and it was not the person the appointment was with. Then they were treated to incompetent knowledgeless service and offered a business card and told they should come back in a few weeks. Shocking considering the reputation. They won't be back and reputation sullied soon evaporates as word gets out that it is not deserved.

I ordered a navy Gant hoodie from LC, after a few days I got an email to say my money had been refunded and my order had been cancelled as the item was out of stock( a stockroom error). I then decided to pick a second choice colour which I ordered on the 21st of March.On the 14th of April I received another email to tell me that this item was also out of stock. This is not the service I have come to expect from LC. Maybe an investment in an accurate inventory system might help.

I bought a voucher online and the process was very painstaking to say the least. First of all I did not get the chance to write a message with the gift card. I am sending from abroad and when I put my home address in they wanted 10 euros for the shipping even though the recipients address was in Dublin. I find thes types of errors on webpages a complete waste of time. Its not an easy process with Loius Copeland.

Hello, My apologies for the delay in receipt of your delivery. Our courier's Australian partners had been holding the delivery in their depot due to a failed attempted delivery. We have since been in contact and provided some more information on how to retrieve the parcel and I can see that it has now been collected. I do apologise for the inconvenience. I haven’t yet received my purchase ... I’m not sure what the misunderstanding was. I gave a delivery address, so was very confused when nothing arrived. When I made contact, I discovered that it was “for collection in Wicklow St.” I live in Cork!

I shop in Louis Copeland a lot, and in person it’s excellent, but the online experience isn’t so great. I bought an Eton formal dress shirt for an upcoming black tie event (and paid above the odds to do so) on the website. The reason I purchased it was because the website stated it would be delivered a few days before the event. It didn’t arrive until several days after the event had finished. I tried calling the store to get a refund but got no answer (I work hours that have made getting in to the store in person impossible of late). Hoping to get in there today. I would be reluctant to use the website to order again.

The item I purchased did not arrive in the correct size. I contacted the store and the correct size was not available. The option offered was to purchase a more expensive style and pay the difference. Very disappointed.

Ordered item online to be collected in store. The item was delivered to my home address and because I was not there it was sent back. I received email confirmation that the item would be sent to my local store for pickup so it appears that there is an issue with the website.

I am still awaiting delivery of my order: 20493 (WEB20493). Have had no success getting information from An Post despite tracking of the order. The whole service has been disappointing; ordered in plenty time for my husbands birthday, unlikely now it will arrive on time IF AT ALL

My package was sent to the incorrect address. I had to push very hard to get details of what had happened and then go and retrieve the package from the incorrect address myself.

I thought I was buying a slim fit shirt with a cutaway collar, judging by the pictures and description. The collar is not a cutaway, but more importantly, it is not remotely slim fit. Hugely disappointed.

Disjointed service. I ordered the jacket on 17/4/17 (4pm on a bank hol). I assumed it would be dispatched the next day. I received an email on 20/4/17 notifying me of the order being dispatched. I never received an email to notify me when my order was ready to be collected up from the store. I had to email you on 25/4/17 querying my order. I received a reply and phone call the following day notifying me that my order was ready for pick up. In short i had to chase to have my order fufilled which goes against the principal of online shopping. I wont be using your service again.
