“It took well over a week to deliver to London and the item arrived with security tags attached. I can't fault the quality of the item or the presentation/packaging but I don't think anyone would like to wear a sweater with security tags on.”

“It took longer than expected for my order to be available at the Capel street store for collection. I had to call the webstore before they dispatched. I think they may have forgot about my order. I initially called the Capel street store to inquire about my online order. They told me to contact Dundrum as they "arn't involved in online orders". After calling Dundrum they told me to get back onto Capel street. So the company initially seems pretty unorganised and caused confusion and inconvience with my buying experience. However, to finish on a positive note I was very happy with the quality of the product I purchased.”
