“My Gant jeans 38" × 34 " purchased online were a bit too long . I rang and spoke to Chris at "online shopping ". He said to return them and he would take the hem up one inch for me free of charge . I had a similar experience before and found all the staff at Louis Copeland extremely helpful . I would have no worries regarding online purchasing at LC.”

“It took well over a week to deliver to London and the item arrived with security tags attached. I can't fault the quality of the item or the presentation/packaging but I don't think anyone would like to wear a sweater with security tags on.”

“It took longer than expected for my order to be available at the Capel street store for collection. I had to call the webstore before they dispatched. I think they may have forgot about my order. I initially called the Capel street store to inquire about my online order. They told me to contact Dundrum as they "arn't involved in online orders". After calling Dundrum they told me to get back onto Capel street. So the company initially seems pretty unorganised and caused confusion and inconvience with my buying experience. However, to finish on a positive note I was very happy with the quality of the product I purchased.”
