“First time dealing with Louis Copeland, purchased 2 items shirt and shoes. The shoes were not available but got a call From a must help full Lady who tried everything to get me sorted. I think her name was Pauline it started with a P I.. have deleted the message. Shoes arrived not what I ordered but will still hold on to them. The shirt was perfect and ironed well. I would deal with Louis Copeland again and found there customer service top class. Was very impressed that the head of the company even answered the phone the first time I made contact with the company. A great sign of a real hands on approach and is fully aware of what the customer requires.”

“Very helpful sales representative on the phone. With most of the shopping done online these days and going forward, there should be way to pay by gift card directly online rather than ringing the shop and getting coupon to pay online.”

“What I Purchased was good but you advertised gift on birthday , mine was jan 28 th last month nothing came. So not impressed with your advertising feel it’s wrong . False advertising doesn’t impress me ., well I have to revise my review . Had a personal phone call from Louis , very courteous and fully explained website needs updating . Received a lovely gift to day which impressed me more . Now scored 4/5 for service etc . A great shop to shop , found staff always do efficient and pleasant so please support them in these strange times . Excellent online service . Well done Louis .”

“Overall, decent selection of brands, sizes and good well-lighted images. Sometimes when I filtered on size, it did not have the selected one available and this had to be checked manually. That is the is only very minor complaint that I have.”

“Think the service is very good and prompt, no problem with delivery. Website is good and some good deals if you are looking for one. Although one of items arrived and it’s got a thread pull on it so a bit disappointing that it made it past any QA but not the end of the world. Definitely do more online shopping”
