“I like Louis Copeland Web Site and offerings. Easy to deal with and prompt if I had to send something back. I placed an order last Thursday and it has been dispatched but I haven't received it yet and its a week later. Regards Conor”

“I was told the order would arrive on the 19th and waited in all day but it didn’t arrive until the 20 th- a day late for the birthday . I was also told I would get a text telling me the approximate delivery time and that didn’t happen”

“The Hiltl trousers arrived on time and beautifully packaged. It was a gift and made a great first impression. Unfortunately the pants was a much slimmer fit than one previously purchased. This was a pity, as I had taken the time to phone and enquire if they were the same before I placed the order and I was assured that they were. My ‘lovely man’ had not gained weight and a tape measure confirmed that the pants was narrower all round and longer in the leg! Thankfully the seam at the back was easily opened and a night at the sewing machine solved the problem.”

“Hi, I collected my Brax jeans yesterday from your store on Pembroke Street as previously requested. When I opened my bag I discovered that the requested alterations hadn’t been made. Unfortunately I was at home in Kilkenny at this point. Your customer service is generally excellent but in this circumstances I feel it’s best that I let you know. Kind Regards Eoin Walsh”
