“Great to buy online. I called into the shop in cork noting but full of it and rude and full of it salesmen in there will buy online again and will never go into your shop again cork.”

Unfortunately, I haven’t received the parcel - my order confirmation and tracking details give no ETA. Contacted DPD who won’t provide an ETA either. “The service was superb, very quick and efficient, but the reason I give four stars is because of the packaging. For a small credit-card size gift voucher (and one A4 page voucher receipt) to be posted in a cardboard box that is sized (approximately) 18" x 12" is, I think, a bit much. I'm not a climate change or environmentalist fanatic, but even I reckon that the waste of packaging here is completely unnecessary. Aside from this, great service.”

“I’ve purchased around 4x suits and multiple shirts, shoes etc over the last two years. Overall my experience has been very positive; always a friendly attitude and it’s the only place I buy my suits & shirts from. It’s an excellent Irish business. One thing as a loyal customer to your business I would give as constructive feedback however, is that I think more attention to detail could be given by some of the staff in Wicklow St, excluding Dave who is always very much on the ball. There has been 2-3 occasions now over the last few months where I have purchased new suits, and I’ve had to bring them back for further tailoring multiple times. I don’t mind doing this once, but to have to continue to go back can be a bit frustrating. I got a made to measure suit recently and when I came in for my second fitting, there was no advice given on how the trousers were, which I would expect given it is made to measure. On purchasing and then wearing the suit, I noticed the trousers were very baggy around the legs, and needed to be taken in. I brought the suit back and there wasn’t even a further measurement done/pin put in them, it was just a glance at the leg and then that was it. I feel for a made to measure given the price of it, there should be more attention to detail given to save me having to go back on more than one occasion; as the trousers being too baggy should really have been spotted on the second fitting. I’ll continue to purchase suits from you but again, the above should be recognised more so and will further help to keep your business as good as it possibly can be! Thanks guys, Paul”
