First time dealing with Louis Copeland, purchased 2 items shirt and shoes. The shoes were not available but got a call From a must help full Lady who tried everything to get me sorted. I think her name was Pauline it started with a P I.. have deleted the message. Shoes arrived not what I ordered but will still hold on to them. The shirt was perfect and ironed well. I would deal with Louis Copeland again and found there customer service top class. Was very impressed that the head of the company even answered the phone the first time I made contact with the company. A great sign of a real hands on approach and is fully aware of what the customer requires.
