“The quality of the clothes are exceptional and the shipping excellent. My only negative is that I placed 3 separate orders in the same day and sent a message to ask that they be combined to save on shipping costs but never received a reply back or a reduction in the shipping. Other than that, I have bought several times and have always had an exceptional experience”

“Website was user friendly and goods arrived 48 hours later beautifully wrapped - The only grievance I had was that it was a gift and the prices were left on the tags which I didn’t notice until the present was opened”

“There was a two week delay from order placed to order dispatch. The website did indicate a delay in supplying the goods was possible, but in an age of overnight delivery this seems such a long time. If the cause of this is outside your control then you should consider updating the customer of the progress of their order certainly within one week.”

“Thanks so much for the speedy delivery - Love the presentation of the "made to measure" box. Only one piece of feedback - please try to avoid sticking the invoice envelope on the box. Tape is tricky to take off without ruining box and this was a gift Otherwise - Love it :)”

“I shopped at the Wicklow St store, and downstairs there seemed less staff so a bit of a wait. But once attended to it was excellent. May different upstairs. I then bought a mustard Brax trousers online as i had not seen these in store. But the brown arrived. Online they were a different colour to the brown and as I had these already I went for the mustard. I brought them in to Wicklow St to exchange but for some reason the website has the same code for brown and mustard. I decided to keeo them but strange that this happened.”

“Edit: I changed to four stars since I got full refund. "\"The shirt I got had a small flaw on the left arm. I noticed it quite long after I received the shirt but I knew that I had not used it so the flaw could not have been caused by normal wear. I sent an e-mail to them with pictures of the flaw and asked if I could return the shirt. But I did not even get a reply. That's why I suggest you to avoid shopping from them.\""”

“Such a quick delivery and wrapped so nice but the box was damaged on the outside and it was such a pity as it's a Christmas present, it looked like it was opened and then put back together little disappointed but I'm sure it came from the store perfect but by the time it got to me it was damaged but apart from that great service and very prompt”
