“Thank you - choice and delivery were straightforward, I was able to phone the shop (Pembroke Street) and confirm the fabric type, I was familiar with previous versions of the brand and fit. I was happy to purchase online as I knew you had a meaningful retail presence on the ground.”

“The only issue I had was buying a pair of jeans in the Black Friday sale in shop only for them to be further reduced in Cyber sale. Seeing that I was a regular customer I’d have expected the lower price to wbe given to me in shop. On a €449 pair of jeans it means an extra €35 saving. So I bought them online and returned the originals. Otherwise excellent as always.”

“My most recent purchase in the sale was a Dressler blouson jacket which fit beautifully and feels great and most importantly, my wife likes it on me! My one quibble with shopping Louis Copeland is that very often you don’t have my leg length especially in sale items. In general though very happy with the experience and the personal delivery service”

“Greta attention to detail , great range of clothing brands. I am, sadly, larger than average and range availability suffers a bit. Despite this the site is always worth a visit.”

“Parcel finally arrived Thursday evening after numerous phone calls. Shirt was in Cork and was delayed getting to me. Received follow up phone call Louis and accepted explanation that this was a one off. Recommended service.”

“Very efficient service, great selection, if I were to be slightly critical, the website filters are not accurate, as in when you select a particular size , the available garment is not there in the size selected , otherwise very good”
