“Louis Copeland is the epitome of 20th Century excellence delivered into the 21st Century. Staff who are not only product aware but whom are professional, personable, considerate and treat their recurring client base (and I travel over from the uk) as if they are their only customer making the whole Louis Copeland experience a partnership in friendship and trust rather than an essential chore and why it is a pleasure to walk through the doors in Wicklow street to see an old friend whether shopping or not but I defy you to leave without some welcome addition to your wardrobe and a smile on your face with particular mention to Derick Cronin and team who make my visit home both enjoyable and memorable especially if the DUBs have had a good weekend too. “I deal with Louis Copeland regularly in Dundrum and it is a pleasure to visit the store. The staff are so courteous and polite. I have had suits & shirts made by Abu and he is s thorough gentleman.”

“The packaging was excellent, the hand written note which was with the delivery is something I have never come across previously. You can tell you are purchasing a item from a premium outlet who cares about there clothes and customers.”

“Excellent in every sense. From the quality of the material, the small moderations at no extra cost, the excellent speedy delivery service, the beautiful packaging presentation, etc. All top class. In parallel, throughout the process there was regular communication to ensure I knew the exact status of my order, tracking on the shipping/delivery time frame for my order, follow on calls to verify that it was to my satisfaction, etc. This was so good that I ordered my next shirt within 24 hours of the delivery of the first one.”
