“Hi, I collected my Brax jeans yesterday from your store on Pembroke Street as previously requested. When I opened my bag I discovered that the requested alterations hadn’t been made. Unfortunately I was at home in Kilkenny at this point. Your customer service is generally excellent but in this circumstances I feel it’s best that I let you know. Kind Regards Eoin Walsh”

“Shirt and trousers arrived within 2 days. Beautifully packaged in recylable boxes. The trousers were too long but my daughter was able to exchange them for the right size. Would definitely recommend Louis Copeland online shopping.”

The perfectly thought-out system saves time and protects the suit when travelling. A space miracle in hand luggage size that can be carried on board when travelling by air. You didn't deliver it. For this reason I will send the bag back to you.”

“Really nice shop with excellent staff and very high quality menswear. Louis is often to be seen in the Capel Street store and always has a friendly word. Old school customer service but very modern clothes.”

“I found this company on a Google search looking for a particular pair of Gant jeans. Their price was the best i could find online. Order and updates were seamless and the delivery was amazingly quick. The packaging was beautiful and included a personalised note. I shall use this company again and I highly recommend it.”
