“It is a pleasure to shop in store or on line. Everyone is so professional and friendly and the quality is superb across all ranges. For me, a man in my mid 50’s who finally understands the importance of dressing well, Louis Copeland offers the best in traditional (dare I say, old fashioned) menswear retail experience (through their many shops) along with a classy, easy to use and comprehensive, 21st century web experience. Their sales are nothing short of awesome. My advice to anyone put off by their reputation as the tailor of the rich and famous (which, of course they are), don’t be shy. Pop in to one of their shops or go on line and see for yourself. I promise you will be more than pleasantly surprised.”

“Had purchased a Voucher last year from a Five Star Dublin Hotel and was so disappointed with the quality and presentation of Voucher ( it arrived in a black plastic envelope !!! ) So was a bit apprehensive purchasing a €1000 Voucher as a gift and was hoping that the packaging of the Voucher would be fitting of the value of the Voucher . Package arrived and was so impressed with quality and presentation - exceeded my expectations.”

“I was told the order would arrive on the 19th and waited in all day but it didn’t arrive until the 20 th- a day late for the birthday . I was also told I would get a text telling me the approximate delivery time and that didn’t happen”

“I received the package and it was a great but I was expecting a jacked which wasn't available so it was canceled, but I was not made aware of this until I recieved the package and went online to figure out what happened, which is the second time this happened, this was not a great experience”

Hi Sean, Thanks for letting us know, we are sorry about the stock out problem, we have had an issue with switching over of stock system while integrating into the new website we are launching soon and it affected some of the stock picture which is being corrected. When we get things wrong we hold our hand up and always make sure to offer customers a great offer on new stock by way of apology, which I don't believe any other type of store does and you should have received the same so please contact us if you did not.
