“Online purchase experience, and delivery was good. Disappointed with packaging. To spend a couple of hundred on a jacket and not receive it with a hanger or a cover was not what I would expect from such a high end brand”

Hi Gordon, Thanks for your comments, yes it is a bit awkward alright, unfortunately the technology that sends out the email is a fixed time period and not adjustable to different regions, this gives us something to ponder over and work with our reviews people for a solution. “Thank you for the excellent service. I needed a shirt in a hurry so I used the Chat feature on the website to see what availability and delivery was like. I got talking to Niamh I think it was and I have to really thank Niamh for the excellent service I received. I had a family funeral and needed the shirt delivered the next day and was quite stressed as I could not get to a shop. Niamh checked the stock, and followed up once the order was made to let me know that it had been shipped. I also received contact from Niamh the next morning to check if it had arived yet. At a hard time like this it was really appreciated. The shirt arrived on time and a quality item as always. I wish all online purchases were this easy! Thank again for the excellent customer service, an example to all!”
