“Super sale shop- amazing bargains and a great customer experience. I really enjoy treating myself once in a while when Louis Copeland has a sale on. I picked up a Barbour jacket reduced from 199 to 60! Staff are very helpful and engaging.”

“I haven’t yet received my purchase ... I’m not sure what the misunderstanding was. I gave a delivery address, so was very confused when nothing arrived. When I made contact, I discovered that it was “for collection in Wicklow St.” I live in Cork!”

“Service was incredible .sorry I cant remember the lads name who dealt with me but he is a credit to your on line shop. Nothing was to difficult for him and he alone represents all Louis Copeland stands for. Also could not believe delivery service. “Got a gift card for my birthday so waited until the sale to get the best value for money. I was interested in new casual shoes. Went to the Pembroke Street branch and was met by a very indifferent staff member who pointed to where the shoes were and that was as far as he was willing to go it seemed. Went to the Wicklow St branch then to be met by very helpful staff however they had very little stock in what I wanted and suggested I try the Dundrum branch. Hardly a convenient alternative given I live North of the Liffey. The gift card was fast becoming an albatross around my neck. I found a pair I liked on the website but there’s no way to use a physical gift card. I used the online help chat facility and was given a phone number to ring to convert the voucher into an e-wallet. After a couple of attempts to get through, that took another 10 minutes to sort with lots of questions asked of me. Eventually got the shoes but the combination of events has put me off shopping there ever again.”

Hello, We are sorry you felt you had an indifferent experience in our Pembroke store, we will mention that to them, your overall experience does sound very frustrating for you, having to be told that there is more stock in another store that you cannot easily get to for items that may be of interest. At all times we always try to do our best for our customers which is why we offer a manual way to redeem a gift card for the website should the customer wish to use it online as we do not yet have the functionality automatically.
