“The slippers are very well made but a bit bigger than the Size 4 I was expecting. Therefore not the snug and cozy slipper I was hoping for.”

“The boots were lovely, fitted well and look good, the only thing I was disappointed with are the laces, they don’t stay laced up unless you tie a double knot. The last pair I had from you were fine, didn’t have this problem”

“Great fit. True to size. Im 5ft and the leg length of these boots are ideal. Only downside is on the right boot the zip is not as fluid as the left. It catches near the leather strap on the lower part of the boot. Im keeping them but will have to be very careful with the zip. That is the only reaon I havent given 5 stars”

“Size is ‘generous’. I could possibly have done a size below( I usually take a size 4). Quite stiff sole and leather but they will soften in time.”

“I am extremely happy with my Lotus boots - my previous pair have seen me through five winters, and other times besides, so I'm confident my new pair (at a brilliant price) will be similarly unvaluable. My only complaint is your choice of delivery service, which was very poor - missing me when I was in the house, failing to redeliver to a local post office. Please would you reconsider using Royal Mail Parcelforce, which otherwise really spoils an excellent experience shopping with you?”

“My 2 pair of ankle boots arrived promptly and each pair arrived very well packaged. The description and photos on the Lotus website was accurate apart from sizing. I'd already purchased a pair of Lotus boots from another online supplier a couple of years ago which fit so I thought after checking the size guidelines these would be the same. I'm a size 8 euro 42 and found both pairs uncomfortably tight. The returns process was straightforward but £3 will be deducted from refund. I'll try to avoid buying boots online from now on.”

“Unfortunately I had a stroke so boots were inappropriate for me.They are beautiful boots very well made and stylish.I would recommend them to any ladies who need a sturdy but fashionable pair of boots”

“I have the beige pair, and was a bit disappointed that the black pair were narrower but have used a shoe stretcher and they are fine now.Glad I didn't send them back.”
