“I bought 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of knee high boots. I love all 3 designs. Boots fit perfectly. Both pairs of shoes seem to come up big - I’ve always been standard 6 in all other makes. I’m keeping them and making them fit though as I love them!”

“The boots were lovely and great quality and the delivery fast, but unfortunately they were too small for me, so I’ve returned them and wait for my bank account to be refunded. I look forward to receiving my refund hopefully today.”

“Brown Pluto wedge-heeled zip-up trainers I ordered are very smart. They are generally comfortable though I prefer a slightly higher heel usually, perhaps because I have a high instep and am prone to lower back pain. Have been wearing sponge lifts inside them which helps rectify minor problem”

“The boots are beautiful. However there were no half sizes. I had to take a size up from my usual size and of course they are loose. I like them so much I've kept them but can only use with socks, not opaque tights when wearing a skirt”

“I love the style of Lotus boots and I’ve been buying them for years. However, the only consistent problem I have with them is that the gold trim on the boots are not durable and glued properly. I bought 3 pairs recently, and I can see on one of the boots that the gold trim has not been glued properly as it is loose. This observation is from me just inspecting all the pairs to make sure they are OK. I have an existing pair I am wearing and just noticed a few days ago that the gold trim has come away from one foot. Hence where’s the glue? Lotus can you do something to rectify this problem, as I shouldn’t have to always make sure I have glue to hand whenever I purchase one of your shoes. This needs to be done better.”

“I had Great difficulty placing an order from the sale and after many repetitive emails and calls I finally managed to speak to customer service who was very apologetic and helped me sort the issue out I went from dreadful customer service to amazing customer service”

“Lovely shoes, looked exactly like what I've been after. Unfortunately, they were just a bit short and my heel was hanging over the back. Such a pity as they felt really comfortable. Didn't order the next size up, as if they didn't fit, it's £7 each time I buy and return, so didn't want to risk it.”

“I generally love Lotus shoes/boots. Not all are to my taste or suitable for my feet due to bunions! I have bought the black ankle boots because the grey ones are not available! Fashion changes too quickly and a great seller soon becomes old .... Had I known, I'd have bought multiple pairs before they became unavailable.”

“Love the sandals, very smart ideal for casual or smart dress. The only thing is the strap that goes into the buckle isn't very long, could do with being just a tad longer ( and I have slim feet) but overall great for the price.”
