“Bought a pair of panache, diamanté navy shoes for my daughters wedding. Worn approximately 8 hrs. The heel tip came away on both shoes during the course of the day with some damage then to the fabric of the heel. Contacted customer service and told not a manufacturing problem and to take them to a cobbler to have new heel tips fitted! I asked for further explanation as to why they thought it was not a manufacturing problem and never received a reply. Although the shoes looked great, it would seem quality not as good. Very poor customer service.”

“Poor service on this occasion. Sent out faulty goods which could have been avoided with a bit more care on quality control. Tried to speak to customer service got answerphone. When I did get a response via email it was to late I had sent items back at a cost of £2 for faulty goods. Purchased elsewhere.”

“I purchased size 6 at a shop at stow on the wold. When I got home and wore them around the house I felt they were too small! So I purchased size 7 online. These are not much bigger. I’m very disappointed. I usually wear 5.5. They are pretty.”

“Disappointed with this shoes. They feel like there is not enough support in the sole. Bought to wear on long hall flights and not confident they will last the trip. Also the zips are very distracting when you walk. They are heavy and move up and down when walking - instead of sitting neatly. Hoping a get used to them.”

“I loved the shoes, really comfortable and look nice.I wore them for the first time 22/10/22 and the heel is chipped.I only walked around town centre.But I have worn them so cannot return Not impressed.”

“Disappointed had chosen same sandal in two colours intended to keep both as I normally love lotus shoes for style and comfort. The design and quality looked great, However, the navy pair were too big, and I couldn’t get my feet into tan pair, lotus return policy is good so onward and upwards”

“Ordered 2 pairs of sandals both showing in stock. After taking payment I was informed that one pair was out of stock and I would be refunded. That was over a week ago! Payment shouldn’t have been taken if they were out of stock, or it should have been refunded immediately . The second pair ordered were delivered promptly but sized wrongly. I had ordered a size 6 and they were more like a 9.”

“I ordered 3 pairs of shoes , only one pair arrived sadly they were too small . I returned them via collect + to the Flint Grocery shop Church street Flint where I was treated so rudely by the unpleasant man who obviously didn’t like having to accept a return from the lady in front of me , he told me to get to the back of the Queue, I walked out , I did get service with a smile the next day from the newsagents in Church street Flint .most off putting Lotus”

“Shoes sent to wrong address because someone had typed in 21 for 47..?? shoes very cheap looking and bad fit. whI had to write to lotus to ask where my shoes were and a link was sent with no explanation.”
