“Well they are nice, comfy and look great but when I zipped the right one up, the zip lower down came apart so it was obviously too tight lower down Now wearing them half unzipped because of the above issue”

“Very disappointed shoes didn't fit I have been to post office 3 times now with different things to send them back, I even organised a pick up for Mon yesterday, no one came, I don't think I would ever order on line again with yourselves, I order everything online and have no problem returning, I'm a disabled person and it's easier for me but not lotus sorry, dissatisfied customer”

“Excellent service from Lotus shoes. Just love my Patent Louella Boots that are extremely good quality and fit well. Had a problem with the delivery of the first pair which was due to Evri but after a phone call to Lotus, this was all sorted out very efficiently by their excellent customer service department. Will definitely be buying from Lotus again.”

“I recently bought bronze patent boots which were an absolute bargin! I was unsure about what size to buy as ideally I am a 4.5 so I went with a 5 (they do need a slightly thicker sock due to the extra room but they are super comfortable and a real steal for the price. The delivery was super fast. Well done Lotus Shoes”

“Shoes are lovely delivery was terrible I paid for next day delivery it took 7 days to deliver I have not been offered a refund on the poor delivery will never buy from them again Evri have a terrible reputation even been on the news this week for very poor service”
