“Love the boots but too small for me. I ordered a size 8 but probably need a size 9 which they don't do in this boot. I gave them to my daughter she loved them.”

“I really like the shoes, but the colour is coming off, which is disappointing. Shoes are very comfortable and if the colour isn't coming off,I would think it's perfect.”

“I returned my order because they were totally the wrong boots dispatched. I asked for the original boots that I ordered to be sent to my (12/12/23). I haven’t received them to date. Not impressed. I didn’t pay for the returns because it wasn’t my fault there had to be returned.”

“Thoughtfully and well made, affordable with some great designs. For someone with unusually shaped feet who always struggles to find boots that fit, Lotus always has something that's not only suitable but also attractive!”

“I have purchased 4 pairs of Katya sneakers(2 from a shop and two online) Unfortunately, I can only buy a size seven, because you don't do an eight, which means they are a little uncomfortable, being rather tight. I also bought , a few weeks ago, a size 8 but in another style and they are too big, so I have a problem with your sizing.”
