“I returned the shoes for a refund as not suitable. The shoes were lovely but not suitable for the purpose. The thing that I was disappointed with was that I had to pay to return the shoes and paid £3.90 for recorded delivery! Most websites I use offer free returns! I probably won't use Lotus shoes again.”

“I have recently returned the two pairs of shoes i purchased recently. The sandals i thought were poor quality and the red court shoes were too difficult too put on, i suspect that is to do with the design. I am still waiting for a refund”

“The shoes were fabulous just what I was looking for, but there seems to be a design fault. The back of the shoe does not fit snug against the back of the foot. It feels as though you are going to lose the shoes as you walk. What a shame I would have bought these in both the navy and the black.”

“I had to return three pairs (first unexpectedly very small, second faulty and this wrong colour in right box) then kept the fourth despite faults as ran out of energy to keep returning boots! I'm surprised at the quality, I expected more of Lotus. They are quite comfy though.”

“Size was very strange I ordered two pairs of boots in a 6. This size always fits me! I couldn't even get my foot in. I then had to Pay £13 for the return. A waste of time. Won't be ordering again.”

“Boots were not at all how they looked online. Different colour. Also still waiting for a conformation that they have received the boots back after 9 days later. Not very happy”
