“I have worn Lotus boots for years and they have always been very durable and comfortable. I was very disappointed with my latest purchase of 2 pairs of ankle boots. One pair fitted perfectly as expected but I could barely fit my feet in to the second pair. I loved the boots but couldn’t even walk in them as they were so tight. To order 2 pairs of boots as a size 6 but find one was more like a size 5 was very disappointing and on top of that I had to pay to return the boots. Not happy.”

“Been wearing Lotus boots for several years now, either bought online or when BHS was trading. Bought two replacement pairs this year, the same size as I usually buy, to find they are much smaller and narrower than before and no good at all, returned the same day. Why change the sizes to such an extent they no longer fit - I gather this has been an issue for many previous customers”

“I've been buying Lotus ankle boots for years, previously from dear old BHS. I needed to replace a pair and chose a very similar pair online at Lotus. Sadly, the model has changed, making the boot narrower, so they had to be returned. It's hard to find comfy but stylish wide fitting footwear, so back to the drawing board. Bring back the wider fit please Lotus.”

“The shoes I bought turned out to be too wide and too small for the size given. They were obviously made in another Country as I am aware my size is 8.5 F fitting. Also I can get a size 8 G fitting too. The quality of the shoes looked good. I was disappointed!!!”

“Lovely shoes, had a few pair now, just concerning as every invoice that comes with them it has double the price on which for a OAP is worrying, when I called to enquirie why this happens I’m told it’s a printing error. But this has been happening since 2006.”

“The shoes are rarely comfy and look great. But I've only had them 3 weeks and the bottom of the heel is starting to come away. They may last for years, but it's not a good sight. I'll keep you informed”

“One pair of shoes was completely different colour to the photograph. Of the two pairs ordered, one fitted; one didn't. I didn't read the small print and you have to pay fir returns. I will not be buying shoes online from you again as I have wasted money, regardless of whether they were in the sale or not.”

“Lovely coral coloured sandels. Comfortable & good quality. . I liked them so much bought I the same style in beige & blue from Debenhams. I was annoyed I had to pay £4 postage to order them direct from Lotus, with no alternative of a collection point. Debenhams dont charge.”

“I have purchased six pairs of shoes all in a size 5 my correct shoe size, however I have had to return two pairs one pair being the Lotus Quill open toe which I could barely get my foot into and the other being the Lotus Flink Pewter and diamanté open toe which literally just kept slipping off at the heel. I loved all of the shoes but as you can appreciate I am not happy that at a cost to myself by having to return two pairs of shoes. I would appreciate this being looked into and a refund of my postage made, as I feel I have a valid reason not that I just changed my mind. I would appreciate your comments.”

“Good quality shoes unfortunately too narrow. Will not be ordering again directly from Lotus as I think it is a poor service when you have to pay for item to be returned and that you state recorded delivery is advised. !!!!!”
