“I was sceptical as I had never heard of Lotus shoes but Easy transaction easy returns fast delivery. Only minor issue was sizing the 7 was too big so returned and purchased the 6,if you're a half size and you can afford to order two sizes get a size down as well and return the one that doesn't fit as returns are easy and free and refunds are fast. Very happy with the Holly patent heeled pump it is really comfy much more so than the famous brand with the red sole that I also own and at a fraction of the price! The caramel was a lovely match for my ethnic skin tone. I would definitely purchase from them again as style +comfort is fab”

“I am not happy with your customer service. When my order arrived the wrong item was sent I have returned the sandals and sent an email to your customer service on 6/8/21 requesting the correct sandals and have had no reply.”

“Beautiful shoes, even my 14 year old son complimented the stunning colour and thats rare to even get him to speak lol. This is my second pair now, I bought my first pair 2-3 years ago and wear them nearly every day in summer, so comfortable, I would definitely recommend.”
