“I have bought 3 pairs of these boots. They are comfortable to wear and look good with a dress or jeans. I'm very happy with them and would definately recommend.”

“I am finding it impossible to communicate with Lotus shoes. You can never get through on the phone number quoted and they never return the calls. I e-mailed the e-mail number given and the jacobson group bounced it. I made 2 orders one just after the other the first one turned up but the second didn't. The delivery note said the sandals from the second order was in the first parcel but it wasn't. I did leave a message on the phone and on that occasion Raquel phone back and admitted they hadn't been sent and she said that they would be sent the next day. Nearly a week later they haven't turned up and I can't get hold of anyone to get it sorted. What has happened to Lotus shoes and their customer service? How can you run a business without allowing your customers to communicate with you. I also filled out an online form last week and No-one has come back. This is the worst customer service ever. I can't answer the questions below as the second order has never turned up.”

“First pair arrived faulty, sent an email asking for replacement which I’ve still not received a reply to. Decided to order a 2nd pair anyway, which arrived super fast, but had to pay delivery again. 2nd pair are fine, however disappointed with lack of response and the fact that the first pair were faulty in the first place.”

“Perfect for the summer- insole soft- soles are solid and not rubber- feel could be slippery!! But would buy again in another colour- go with your usual size.”

“Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Every pair was and still is for sale on their Website but a few days later they are now 'out of stock '. Yes they refunded me , but why oh why are they still on sale?”

“Disappointed had chosen same sandal in two colours intended to keep both as I normally love lotus shoes for style and comfort. The design and quality looked great, However, the navy pair were too big, and I couldn’t get my feet into tan pair, lotus return policy is good so onward and upwards”
