“Customer service is shocking (I tried email and phoning/voicemail) and I didn’t get any response but the shoes were well made. I sent them back as they were too large.”

“The sizing is not very accurate at all for the Lotus women’s boots. I had to order three times before I managed to get a pair that fitted me, so I ended up spending out £8.85 altogether on delivery. The first pair I ordered in size 6 felt two sizes too big so I reordered them in size 4 and another style in size 5, but both of these were too small. So I reordered a 6 in the style I’d tried in size 5 and these fitted. Unfortunately though I also ended up returning these as well because there was a fault with the fur trimming at the front top of one of these boots. It was so sparse that it didn’t match the other one and looked odd. I was very disappointed because I would have kept them otherwise, but I didn’t want to order another pair and spend yet another £2.95 on delivery. I know the delivery cost is reasonable but not if you keep having to return items. I was pleased that you offer free returns though and thought your sale prices were very good.”

“The Pinnacle silver shoes are gorgeous! I wore them and matching bag to a New Years Eve Wedding they were perfect, very comfortable, and was able to wear them in the day and the evening. I had previously bought them from House of Fraser in a size 4, they were on the small size. I then ordered a size 5 direct from Lotus. The ordering was easy and the shoes were delivered very quickly.. Good customer service!”

“Ordered Gallatin brown leather boots on 01.01.19 delivered 04.01.19. Great fit (5E), well made, fashionable style and exceptional quality. Couldn't fault the whole process. Certainly would recommend Lotus products to all family and friends. Had previously had Lotus boots in the past and have never been disappointed.”

“you have not included a returns note with parcel and I have spent the last week trying to get one from you, without any luck that collect plus at Frankland village stores in Haywards Heath can actually use. Very disappointing and time consuming. the matter remains unresolved and the 'token' reference that you have sent me does not work. Please be aware that I have tried 3 times to send the parcel back within your required 14 days but your systems will not allow me to. Please assist in this matter”

“Ordering online from their store was easy and goods came on time, but my recent return as found fit too narrow, was long convoluted experience.Tracking showes Lotus received them back but didnt bother to refund me and I just feel frustrated now. I have no goods and no refund currently,. I have had to ask for Paypal to help get my money back .Not happy.”
