“I recently ordered some Lotus Cedar boots and received Lotus Drew, when I asked for an allowance to keep the wrong boots I was offered 3% which equated to £3 ! I only got an apology when prompted and had to chase up to get a response not impressed with the customer service.”

“These shoes are not a good fit. They slip off my feet while walking making it impossible to wear them. I have tried a sole and heel grip but doesn’t help. Unfortunately I had worn them outside for 10 minutes so unable to return them. A complete waste of money.”

“Lovely shoe, as I get older I’m finding size 7’s ( my size) to not fit, but these are an excellent fit, they almost feel like they have a cushioned sole, I’m very pleasantly surprised, excellent value for money.”

“I struggle to find comfy shoes I can walk a good mile in without hurting/blistering/painful feet, as they're very wide. I bought a pair of Prancer ankle boots and they fit like a glove, absolutely wonderful! Such a treat to find footwear so comfy! I wear them everywhere, no pain, no blisters, I can't tell you how much that means!”

“Ordered two pairs of sandals and was told they were out of stock followed by another email saying they were dispatched. A weeek later having received my money back they were still hoping in stock so reordered and one pair was dispatched but sadly too small. I fail to understand how a size 7 shoe is too small for a standard 6 1/2 foot. Pity as they were really lovely.”

“Delivered promptly and purchase was well packed. Nice style, good fit, very disappointed in the colour. Marketing picture shows boots a pale grey thats why i bought them, but they are a dark grey marl.”
