“I did make a purchase from lotus but unfortunately I received an email a couple of days later that the item I ordered was out of stock so never received my order. I was very Disappointed as I was told you had them in stock and took the money then had to wait for my refund.”

“Great quality black knee high boots. Very comfy and the inner lining is nice and warm to. Excellent value as bought in the sale. Would definitely look at Lotus again if I was looking for boots anytime. I am a size 37/4 and size is perfect.”

“Very comfortable and love the patent look. Looking at buying a second pair in this style. I'm usually between a size 5 & size 6, but ordered a size 6, so that i can wear them with my inner soles. Very speedy delivery!”

“Lovely looking boot and very comfortable true to shoe size but was disappointed with the length of leg as it fell quite a bit short of my knee. However kept as were such a good bargain although still on the lookout for true Knee highs”
