“Bought the black and white shoe boots yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful. I didn't need any more shoe boots but my husband chose them and talked me into buying them (he paid for them). Glad he changed my mind. Will look at your website in future as I bought them at exquisite in lytham.”

“Excellent quality as usual and good sale prices . One pair described as "true to size" I would disagree on and feel they are on the small size . I'm a standard 6 and all other Lotus shoes fit me perfectly except one pair purchased last week (sandals). Very fast delivery - ordered early pm on Thursday and the parcel was delivered early am the following day !”

“I purchased a lovely pair of leather knee lenghth boots from lotus which were quality and was free delivery, unfortunately due to boots being too wide for me at the top of the leg I had to return them at the cost of £12.95 which was a bit expensive and that's where lotus let themselves down by the customer having to pay same and following the above postage cost I will not be using this company again. So if your thinking about buying from lotus online, make sure you know your correct size as the cost of returning an item can be costly, however if it's an item that's damaged lotus do pay for the return postage.. Lotus do deliver your item very quick.”

“I recently bought a pair of shoe boots. Excellent quality and fit. Nice to see half sizes. Very clear website and pictures. Delivery excellent. Would have been nice to see half price rather than 30% on these premium items, however pleased overall.”

“The shoes where lovely, it's just a shame that over the last 3 years lotus shoes are no longer deep enough. so your toes feel like they are being crushed and you definitely cant move them if you can get your foot it. Please can the designs have a re-think maybe go back to some of the older templates for shape then apply their designs on top.”

“I realy like these shoes. They were a different colour blue than in photo. They are definitely black with a petrol blue, rather than the navy I thought they were. They are also quite tight but I'm hoping they give a bit after wesring them a wee while.”
