“the excellent service I received enabled me to buy the sandals which i very much wanted, this was only possible because a helpful member of your customer services team helped me, as i was unable to use the internet for purchases a member of your team made it possible. I received the goods only 2 days later. well done for plugging a hole in the market.”

“I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Lotus Shoes after having previously made an on-line enquiry with regard to the width fitting and received a very prompt reply. Sadly, the shoes that I ordered were not a very good fit for me and I therefore have had to return them and now await a refund. The service I have received has been very good and I will not hesitate to purchase other shoes in the future from Lotus.”

“Just purchased some lovely shoes from Lotus shoes. Unfortunately they didn't fit and I have had to return them but they were lovely and made well. Would recommend the company and delivery was quick. I only rated as good rather than very good as I had to pay return postage.”

“I have recently returned the two pairs of shoes i purchased recently. The sandals i thought were poor quality and the red court shoes were too difficult too put on, i suspect that is to do with the design. I am still waiting for a refund”

“The shoes look very stylish but I have found that the straps have poor gripping and threads are now coming out from them. I would say overall not very comfortable for having a secure fit.”

“Lovely handbag cost £60 but well worth the money as it's a good quality leather . I had to return as shoes that matched weren't suitable .”
